My dream and purpose is to provide the right tools to women who are ready to transform mentally and physically, despite whatever setbacks they have encountered or to create that new wellness journey for them. 

I started in the fitness business out of hobby of teaching fitness classes to women to get  fit through exercise. When my corporate desk job was getting in the way of my "FUN" job I decided to it was time to make the leap to open my own studio in our small town of Le Sueur MN. 

As I have spent more time with these amazing women, I have realized there is so much more to living a healthy lifestyle than just doing squats and bicep curls. It is TIME to work on both the physical and mental sides to allow us to LIVE! 

With over 10 years in the fitness industry, I have grown and expanded my wellness knowledge through training and hands on experience. I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, health coach, and senior fitness specialist.
