Thrive is a monthly membership that combines coaching, gentle movement, mindset tools, and community support — all tailored for the unique challenges of autoimmune life. No complicated plans or unrealistic rules — just real tools you can use every day.

 

I’m Kris, your go-to coach for women ready to feel strong, energized, and in control of their health—especially those navigating autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, and the chaos of everyday life.

After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 27, I took the long road of healing—through medication, nutrition, movement, and mindset work. I’ve now kept my inflammation under control for over 15 years, and I help other women do the same:

Q: What exactly is included in the membership each month?

Q: What if I’m having a flare or low-energy week?
A: Thrive is designed for real life — including the hard days. Everything is recorded and can be accessed anytime. You’ll never fall behind, and you’ll always be supported.


Q: I’ve joined memberships before and didn’t stick with it. How is this different?
A: Thrive focuses on simplicity, flexibility, and progress without pressure. You don’t have to do everything — just one supportive step at a time. And our community keeps it encouraging, not overwhelming.


Q: How long do I have access to the content?
A: As long as you're an active member, you’ll have access to current and past monthly content through the Thrive member portal.


Q: Is this group only for women with diagnosed autoimmune diseases?
A: Not at all. While Thrive is built with autoimmune needs in mind, any woman experiencing chronic inflammation, fatigue, or related health challenges are welcome.


Q: Do I need to be fit or have experience with movement practices?
A: Nope! Our movement sessions are gentle, adaptive, and beginner-friendly. They’re designed to support, not push.


Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. You'll continue to have access through the end of your billing cycle.


Q: What kind of support will I actually get from Kris?
A: You’ll get personal coaching in the live group calls, plus the opportunity to submit questions ahead of time. I’m present in the community, sharing support, motivation, and resources every week. I am always avaiable via email and will respond in a timely matter. 


Q: Will this replace my doctor or therapist?
A: No — Thrive is not a medical or mental health program. It’s a supportive coaching space designed to complement your existing care, not replace it.


Q: What if I can’t attend live calls?
A: All sessions are recorded and available anytime.
