Hi, I’m Kris Krause, a wellness and fitness coach with over 15 years of experience helping women build strength, energy, and sustainable health habits.

My work focuses on helping women reduce inflammation, improve energy, and create lifestyle habits that actually fit into real life — not extreme programs that burn people out.

Over the years I’ve coached hundreds of individuals through movement, nutrition, and habit change, and I’ve spent more than a decade teaching fitness classes, helping adults stay strong, mobile, and independent at any age. That experience taught me something powerful: the people who feel the best long-term are the ones who focus on consistent, simple habits.

My approach is also shaped by my own health journey. I’ve been living with autoimmune disease for over 20 years, which means I understand firsthand what it’s like to deal with inflammation, fatigue, and a body that doesn’t always cooperate. That experience is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping others learn how to support their bodies instead of constantly fighting them.

Because of my work and advocacy in health and wellness, I’ve been featured in wellness publications, spoken at national conferences, and was a finalist for SilverSneakers Instructor of the Year.

Today through Kris Krause Coaching, I help women create sustainable health routines that improve energy, movement, and confidence — without extremes.

The Spring Reset is built from the same habits and strategies I use with my coaching clients to help them feel better, build momentum, and create lasting change.
